ONE MONTH OLD

Hi Everyone, Avery here, and I'm now ONE MONTH OLD!! Life has been pretty good to me so far, in just one short month I've had some important people come to visit me. Grandma Carls got here before I was born, and was at the hospital when I was. Nana Fedeson came when I was three days old, and Grandpa Carls came when I was two weeks old. Only one missing was Papa Fedeson, he couldn't make it out, but I have "met" him on skype. I've even "met" Aunt Sarah & Uncle Michael & Great Grandma Carls on skype. Of course most of that time I was sleeping, but I would open up one eyeball here & there to take a peek. Speaking of sleep, I do enjoy it, it's what I do best so far. I've grown a lot, I'm too big for almost all my newborn clothes, & I was after two weeks. I really like my big brother, he likes to hold me, hug me & kiss me. When I was born mommy & daddy said I looked a lot like Greyson, but now I'm starting to look more like daddy. I like to smile & I laugh a lot, especially in my sleep, so mommy says. I like going on walks in my stroller, it usually puts me right to sleep. I've been to a festival already, in the town next to ours, Parsberg & last weekend I went on my first vacation. Mommy, daddy, Greyson, Gma & Gpa Carls & me all went to the Bavarian Alps. On Saturday we stayed in Füssen at the Seespitz Hotel. On Saturday "I" toured two castles, & "did" a lot of hiking. At bed time mommy made me a bed out of a drawer from an old desk in the apartment for me to sleep in. On Sunday we drove to Garmisch, where the Zugspitze, the highest peak of the Wetterstein Mountains as well as the highest mountain in Germany is. We didn't have time to do much there, just got to see the beautiful mountains. I look forward to seeing you again at my two month update. I've heard I'll be getting more shots, & I'm not looking forward to it. I've already had one done & it was not fun. Love, Avery
